VISION TRADER – CUSTOM LICENSE AGREEMENT (TERMS OF USE) Last Updated: December 8, 2025 This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Lyink Jr (“Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your use of the Vision Trader mobile application (“App”) available on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 1. License Grant We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and Apple’s App Store terms. 2.
